Your Home Sold Guaranteed!

Happy Birthday… Donald?

You guessed it right. June is Donald Trump’s Birthday Month. BUT why would I mention this to YOU?

Well, since you have been kind enough to be a part of our business, I wanted to take the opportunity to give YOU a gift on Donald Trump’s birthday.  I am sure Mr. Trump doesn’t mind. He seems to have plenty of stuff, so I’d like to celebrate his birthday by giving you (and those you know), TWO very special gifts!

Yes, TWO gifts.

Gift #1 is my lifetime home sale guarantee.

Your Home Sold, Guaranteed, at Your Price or I’ll Buy It*

Yes, this is the guarantee I am most famous for. And you will know that whether it’s a super awesome real estate market or a housing recession, I have not wavered from this guarantee.  The peace of mind from a guarantee like this is a fantastic gift. I can think of none better.

My team and I are committed to results.  In fact, Results Oriented is one of our core values. For more than 23 years people have been coming to us when they want their home sold, at their price and with the least hassle.  We look forward to the next 23 years of Guaranteed Results for area homeowners.

Gift #2… Donations to Children’s Health Care of Atlanta on Your behalf.

In last month’s letter, I updated you on our goal of raising $10,000 for Children’s Health Care of Atlanta this calendar year. In case you missed it, we donate a portion of our income from home sales to Children’s.  Their work in helping kids fight thru and survive nasty debilitating diseases like cancer, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, leukemia as well as their work in early diagnosis of autism and spinal cord injuries is second to none! And as the leading not for profit hospital in our area, they depend on sponsorships and donations to continue their leading-edge care and to keep family’s expenses to a minimum.

Since that letter, we have received more referrals. That is more families wanting to buyer or sell a home, referred to us by clients like you.  This means we have been able to contribute extra toward this very worthy cause.

YOUR REFERRALS HELP THE KIDS! Keep them coming!

Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to my real estate sales team?  Not only will they benefit from our award-winning service and iron clad guarantees but the kids at Children’s Health Care of Atlanta will benefit as well.

Just give me a call or pass my number on to anyone you know considering buying or selling. My number is 770-898-1088.

As we move forward this Summer, please know we are extremely thankful for you being a special part of our business.

Go Serve Big!!!

P.S. Check out the story enclosed of this amazing young person whose life was given back thanks to Children’s Health Care of Atlanta.

Meredith Brown (Age 2), Liver Transplant

A family’s life was changed forever after their daughter—then 7-month old Meredith Brown—underwent a liver transplant at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Not long after Meredith was born, she was diagnosed with biliary atresia, which is a childhood disease of the liver in which one or more bile ducts are abnormally narrow, blocked or absent.

Doctors at Children’s performed a procedure to reconstruct the bile ducts and restore bile flow. While they were hopeful there would be a fix, they were aware there could be issues later on. Meredith was doing well until her parents, Ashley and Chris, noticed her stomach swelling. They rushed her back to Children’s and learned she had developed a bile leak.

Shortly after treatment for the bile leak, Meredith had to have surgery once again and 16 inches of her small intestine were removed due to a blockage. The Brown’s met Saul Karpen, MD, PhD, Division Chief, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, not long after that and he determined Meredith would need a liver transplant to survive. Her name was placed on the transplant list and her surgery was performed one month later, saving her life.

“For the first time in her young life, Meredith finally had a healthy, functioning liver,” Ashley said. “She would not be here without Children’s.”
