The Love Doctor is in…
Not that I am the Dr. of Love or anything like that… But then again, most probably like to believe they are. After all - Love is a many splendid thing. Love can solve so many of the problems we face today. My favorite Love Description is from 1 Corinthians 13: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.
It doesn’t matter your ‘religious persuasion’ to say “yea, that IS a great description of LOVE”. I am talking LOVE because February is the Love month, rightly celebrated with Valentine’s Day.
I could go on with all kinds of examples like – Love Your Neighbor as Yourself, even go all business on you with accolades about how much we love doing business with you, or how much we love your referrals and more – but the point is we do love helping people sell and buy real estate. And those people say we are good it!
In fact, if it’s OK with you, let me focus just a bit on the REFERRAL request.
Please know that my team and I are eager to help anyone you know wanting to make a move so much so that we are willing to make an offer that they will LOVE.
For the month of February, anyone considering making a move that you refer to me, we will guarantee them in writing their home will sell or we’ll buy it at a price acceptable to them.
We just need to agree on the price and possession date with the seller.
This is where you can help!
If you or anyone you know is considering making a move, we would like to offer them a FREE No Obligation Market Analysis that will give them a real idea of what they can expect to sell their home for.
Just like we are thankful for you and your business, I am confident your referrals will be thanking you for steering them in the right direction on getting their home sold!!!
AND remember, YOUR referrals help the kids…
Just like last year, we are back on the mission to raise another $10,000 for Children’s Health Care of Atlanta’s Recovery Center this year. We do this by donating to them a portion of our income from homes we sell. As you know Children’s Health Care of Atlanta does great work in helping kids fight through and survive nasty life-threatening diseases like cancer, Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, leukemia and others.
Kids under their care are 300% more likely to enter remission IF they can get into the recovery center. BUT the Recovery Center survives on Sponsorships and Donations. So, YOUR REFERRALS REALLY DO HELP THE KIDS…
Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to my real estate sales team?
Not only will they benefit from our award-winning service, but you can also rest assured a very worthy cause benefit as well.
I want to make it easy to refer your friends, neighbors, associates or family members considering making a move, so here are your options:
1. You can go to www.psrteamreferrals.com and enter their contact info online or forward the link to who you know considering a move.
2. Of course you can always call me direct as well at 770-898-1088.
Over the last two decades of helping hundreds of families sell their home and/or buy another, we have met some wonderful, loving, caring people. People like you! So your referrals, those you know considering a move, that we help – you can rest assured that not only will they get the award winning service we are known for and the guarantee to back it up, but that a solid portion of the income we receive from the transaction will go toward a very worthy cause.
I hope you and your family are well and this Valentines Season brings you much joy and happiness.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Your Home Sold Guaranteed or We'll Buy It!*
P.S. I have copied and pasted an awesome story about a kid that will inspire you. It did me and actually caused me to change how I approach my day. Enjoy!
Aubrey English (Age 4), Hepatoblastoma
Call it a stubborn streak, spunkiness or sass. Whatever you call it, it made all the difference for 4-year-old Aubrey English.
The youngest of four kids, Aubrey was born premature at just under 2 pounds. She beat the odds, but at age 2, her health again took a turn. This time, it was cancer.
Aubrey’s pediatrician discovered a mass on her liver, and she was referred to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where tests soon revealed that she had hepatoblastoma, a rare childhood liver cancer.
Surgeons successfully removed the tumor, as well as 50% of the liver and her gallbladder. Six rounds of chemotherapy followed. “Every round was worse and worse on her body,” says her mom, Mikeon. Aubrey lost her hair. She was weak and struggled to eat.
But still, Aubrey maintained that “fire in her eye,” says Mikeon. And that fire was contagious. “She was so tired and weak, but she still wanted to put on her princess costume and run through the house. She kept us going and pushed us to do and go every single day.”
Now just over a year later, Aubrey is flourishing. Her cancer is in remission. She’s in pre-K and is back to dancing to her favorite “Moana” soundtrack, drawing, painting and bossing around her older siblings.
“She's been fighting since the day she came into this world,” says Mikeon. “She's a miracle.”
